Last Friday you staff, Josh and another, repaired the rim on my 1 year old Audi A3. They did an excellent job, such that I cannot see where the road gutter damage was. I had booked to come to your factory, but when rain was predicted within the paint drying time, your guys came to my apartment (at no extra cost) and did the work there so I would not be stuck while the paint dried.
